We offer several options for application processing depending upon your specific needs. Once the customer has signed the application, there are several ways to submit the application to us:

  • Flash it to us electronically. The application is keyed in at your store and electronically transmitted to us for decisioning in seconds.
  • GERS Credit Connect: This state-of-the-art system provides you with fast, easy and efficient application processing, authorizations and charges.
  • STORIS Management Systems: A fully integrated, real-time retail management software system.
  • Voice Response Unit: Call in applications over any phone line and receive a decision within seconds.
  • Fax it to our data entry department.
  • Online Dealer Processing. This feature will enable your company to complete all of its credit business, including credit approval and settlement, more rapidly and efficiently via the Internet!

Can my customers apply for in-store credit online?
Yes, your customers can enjoy the convenience of applying for in-store credit online. If your company has a website, Wells Fargo Financial Retail Services will provide a link from your site directly to our Internet application process allowing those qualified customers to come into your store already approved. If your company currently does not have a Web presence, Wells Fargo Financial Retail Services can connect you with an Internet service provider so you can gain the benefits of online application processing.
