is, what the redemption process will be, how the program can be
tracked and the best communication strategy to ensure great results.
Welcome Package
We believe that every customer should receive an official welcome
to your private label credit card and its benefits. To accomplish
this, we will work with you to develop a customized welcome package
uniquely suited to your customers. In addition to being an effective
card launch tool, the welcome package will encourage your customers
to activate their new cards and visit your store through the use
of jointly developed activation promotions and the communication
of exclusive card benefits.
Point of Purchase Advertising
We believe in a comprehensive approach to supporting your private
label credit card program that includes the use of point-of-purchase
advertising. As such, we will work with you to develop customized
materials that will ensure customers are aware of your new private
label credit card program including: posters, counter cards, door
decals, register decals, floor decals, staff buttons, take-one applications
and promotional material. In addition, we will provide ongoing promotional
support to heighten customer awareness of cardholder benefits and
promotions.

Statement inserts are a great way to communicate with your customers
with no incremental postage costs. Each month, there will be opportunities
for you to send out targeted communications to your customers using
one of, or a mix of, the following: coupons, invitations, new store
announcements, service or sale reminders, store hours, contact information,
and many more.
