Wells Fargo Financial offers the Home & Auto Security Plan in every state except: Montana, Vermont, and Wyoming.
Covered service is provided to the member, at no additional expense, when they call the toll-free number in the member kit. Or the member may use a facility of their choice, pay for the service, and be reimbursed up to the limit provided for in the plan.
You may call any locksmith you would like to and receive reimbursement for services rendered.
Membership is provided to the primary member, spouse**, and eligible children (under the age of 21 if living at home, or under age 23 if attending an accredited college, full-time).
The plan provides unlimited use of most covered services for the entire time period or coverage.
Generally it takes 30 to 45 minutes.
Yes, the membership follows the member (person) not the vehicle. It covers the member in whatever automobile they occupy at the time service is required.
The member can receive service anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

*Loss must exceed Member’s deductible. Loss must be submitted to primary insurer and covered under Member’s policy.
**The 'customer’s spouse' includes persons who are living together in an exclusive relationship, who may not be married or who may not be of opposite sexes.
