Information You Need To Apply Online

Requesting your loan online is fast (usually takes just 8 minutes or less!) and convenient. Plus, you can help the process go even smoother by having all the information you’ll need before you begin.

To fill out your online request, you’ll need the following information for yourself and any co-applicant:

• Name and address
• Social security number
• Date of birth
• Daytime and evening telephone numbers
• Email address
• Income information such as employer, current job position and date of hire, work phone number, annual income and any other sources of income you’d like us to consider
• Information about the home you’ll be using as collateral including the year you bought it, how much you paid for it, whether it’s your primary residence or a vacation home, your home’s current market value and tax-assessed value, the current balance on the existing loan and your current monthly payment.

We’ll also ask you how much you want to borrow, the purpose of your loan (whether you’re looking to consolidate debts, make home improvements or take care of some other financial obligation) , and if you plan to pay off the existing loan.
