General Questions
Can I pay my Wells Fargo Financial credit card account online?Yes, you can make your payment online. Enroll now and make your payment any time. There are no fees charged for this service by Wells Fargo Financial Cards. However, fees may be assessed and billed separately by your funding provider and online service provider. Please contact those providers directly for more information.
How do I use my Wells Fargo Financial credit card to pay off other department store cards and credit cards?Simply collect your statements for your other accounts that you want to transfer and call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-906-6055 to complete a verbal transfer of funds to your Wells Fargo Financial credit card. You may also request convenience checks or have cash advances from your credit card account deposited into your checking account to write a personal check.
How do I take a cash advance on my credit card?You can use your Wells Fargo Financial credit card to access cash at any ATM displaying the Visa®, MasterCard®, or Cirrus® logo.
You may also get cash by presenting your credit card along with identification at most banks.
Can I transfer a cash advance from my credit card account to a personal checking or savings account?Yes, call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-877-906-6055 for details on

What if my credit card is lost or stolen?If you have a missing credit card, report it immediately to our 24 hour Customer Service at 1-877-906-6055 and choose Option 1. This number is also printed on your
monthly statements. We will cancel your card and send you a new one.
How secure is my information when I use my credit card on the Internet for purchases?With both Visa® and MasterCard®, you are 100% protected from unauthorized use of your card – no matter where you shop.
Can I order convenience checks over the phone?Yes, you can order convenience checks over the phone. There is no charge for ordering convenience checks. Just call customer service at 1-877-906-6055.
What is the Automatic Payment Plan?Our Automatic Payment Plan automatically deducts the minimum payment shown on your statement. The payment will be deducted from your designated checking or savings account and be credited to your account on the due date shown on your monthly statement.
What hours are you available?Our Customer Service Department is available Monday – Friday 7am-10pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, and Sunday 9am-5pm, Central time. Automated information is available 24 hours a day. Call us toll-free at 1-877-906-6055.
Is my account information available online?Yes, you can access your account information online anytime to view balances, available credit, current payments due and due dates, amount and date of payments received, date of most recent statement, current transactions, and previous statements. Sign On

Are there fees/finance charges?Yes. Please read the terms and conditions for the credit card for information regarding fees and finance charges.
When is my annual fee charged?The initial annual fee will be charged when your account is first used.
Credit Card Application Questions
What kind of information do I need to provide in the application?Your name, address, date of birth, information about income, social security number, and current debts. It's a short process that will allow us to process your application. You can start online now by completing our short information form and we will contact you to discuss your options and take an application. To apply in person, visit the Wells Fargo Financial store nearest you.
How secure is my information within your company?Please refer to our privacy policy.
If I have previous credit problems, can I still apply for a credit card with your company?You are always welcome to apply for credit at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
When will I receive my card?You will receive your new credit card about 7-10 days after your application has been approved and processed. When you receive your card, you will need to call the toll-free telephone number on your card to activate it for usage and select your personalized PIN.
Will additional cards be sent to the same address at the same time?Both your primary card and additional card(s) will be mailed at the same time. Your cards will arrive within 7-10 days after approval.
