Thomas P. MurphyPresidentWells Fargo Preferred CapitalTom oversees the commercial lending activities of Wells Fargo Preferred Capital, Inc., and is based in Des Moines, Iowa. Tom began his Wells Fargo career 1985 in Lincoln, Neb. as a credit manager in U.S. Consumer operations at Wells Fargo Financial. He was promoted to store manager in 1987 and managed consumer lending offices in Wichita, Kan., and Springfield, Mo. In 1992, Tom was named assistant director of the Future Projects team for Wells Fargo Financial, and in 1993 was promoted to district manager, accountable for consumer operations in Oklahoma and Texas. In 1997, Tom relocated to Des Moines, Iowa to initiate the start-up operations of Wells Fargo Preferred Capital. Tom has held various managerial roles within Preferred Capital since its inception, including that of senior vice president and portfolio manager of the Des Moines portfolio. Tom was named president of Preferred Capital in 2006. |

Mike joined the Company in 1992 as a credit manager for Wells Fargo Financial in Daytona Beach, Fla. He was promoted to store manager in 1995. The following year, Mike became a compliance analyst for U.S. Consumer Operations. In 1999, Mike joined Preferred Capital as a client analyst in Charlotte, NC. He was promoted to vice president Client Analysis and relocated to Des Moines in 2003. Mike was named senior vice president in 2004. |

Casey P. JohnsonSenior Vice PresidentWells Fargo Preferred CapitalCasey manages the Des Moines-based operations and commercial portfolio for Wells Fargo Preferred Capital, Inc. Casey began his Wells Fargo career as merchant portfolio manager with Norwest Card Services in 1992. In 1994, he was named lead financial analyst for Norwest Corporation in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1996, Casey was accepted into the Corporate Banking Training program for Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A. Following completion of the program in 1997, he was promoted to commercial asset-based lending portfolio manager with Norwest Business Credit in Minneapolis and later relocated to Des Moines, Iowa. Casey joined Preferred Capital as a relationship manager in 2001 and was named vice president in 2002. He participated in the Rotational Leadership Program at Wells Fargo Financial from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, Casey was named senior vice president for Wells Fargo Preferred Capital. |

In 1996 she was promoted to Vice President, Sales and was transferred to St. Louis, Mo., to oversee Business Development and National Accounts of the leasing group. She was later transferred to headquarters for the leasing group in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1998. Sharon joined Preferred Capital in 2001 as Vice President. |
